Use the NVWP Registration Form to register with the club. Make checks payable to Napa Valley Water Polo and send with completed registration to:

To register, fill out the Registration Form and send it to the address above.

Signing up with US Water Polo on-line

1. Go to the website: http://www.usawaterpolo.com/

2. Click on "Join USWP".

3. Click on "On-Line Registration".

4. Follow the directions.

5.Information that you will need, Club Name: Napa Valley Water Polo, Club Name: Napa Valley Water Polo, Club Nmber: 1426, Zone Name: CCZ8 (Pacific).

6. Print the last page that says "membership confirmation" as proof of membership and bring to the first practice so you will be allowed to begin practicing.
